Steven Pasquinelli, Ph.D. Owner/ President
Dr. Steven Pasquinelli is a Licensed Psychologist who received both his Masters and Doctoral Degrees in Psychology from Duquesne University. Dr. Pasquinelli has been with the Practice for over 20 years. He has over 17 years of experience as the Lead Psychologist for a local area school district. His rapport with children makes test referrals go smoothly.
Dr. Pasquinelli provides counseling services for adults, young adults, adolescents, and children. Areas of expertise include ADHD, Anxiety, Autism, Behavioral Issues, Cognitive and Personality Testing and Assessment/Full Psychological Evaluations, Counseling Children with Learning Disabilities, Depression, Early Admission Requests, and Gifted Evaluations.
He is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and Associations of School Psychologists of Pennsylvania (ASPP).
Dr. Pasquinelli currently schedules appointments on Monday thru Friday. Ages 8 and older.

Gabriella Adair, EdS, LPC
Ms. Adair is a licensed professional counselor. She obtained her undergraduate psychology degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. During her undergraduate career she conducted a research study on grief and loss. Gabriella then attended Loyola University of Chicago where she obtained a masters degree in clinical mental health counseling.
She works with clients 18 years and older who struggle with various challenges such as difficulty regulating emotions/mood, difficulty tolerating distress, difficulty communicating effectively, impulse control, as well as symptoms of depression and anxiety. She is knowledgeable in helping others stop, change, and increase behaviors. While she is mainly DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy) oriented she is knowledgeable in ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy), CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), and motivational interviewing.
Ms. Adair currently schedules evening appointments telehealth on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. in-person appointments on Friday evenings, and Saturday mornings. Ages 18 and older.​

​
Mrs. Foster has been a licensed clinical social worker for more than 25 years. She works with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Mrs. Foster specializes in a variety of areas, including anger management, depression, anxiety, women’s issues, loss and grief counseling, self-abusive behaviors, and drug and alcohol issues. She is now an EMDR-trained clinician and she can work with those who have unresolved memories that can be visible in anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other trauma-related conditions.

Mrs. Foster currently schedules appointments on Monday and Wednesday evenings and alternating Saturdays. Ages 5 and older.

Amber Friend, LCSW, MSW
​
Mrs. Friend is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She majored in Human Services at Geneva College prior to earning her Master’s of Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh. Mrs. Friend loves working with children, adolescents, and their families. She has over 15 years of experience working in the school setting as a social worker. Her background provides a unique understanding of behavioral and mental health concerns in children and the impact on the family system. Her areas of experience include mental health and behavioral concerns in children and youth, Autism, trauma informed care, and grief/loss issues. Mrs. Friend incorporates a variety of evidenced based approaches into her therapeutic work. Mrs.Friend utilizes an empathic and collaborative approach to partner with clients in order to impact change.

Sarah J. Ingram, LCSW, MSW
Mrs. Ingram is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She majored in Psychology at Miami University before earning a Master’s of Social Work in Direct Practice from the University of Pittsburgh. Her experience as a therapist includes over a decade of work in community mental health serving children, adolescents and families. She specializes in trauma-informed care, autism, depression, anxiety and other mood disorders. Mrs. Ingram is knowledgeable of multiple evidence-based practice techniques, which she incorporates into her therapy..
Mrs. Ingram currently schedules appointments on Tuesdays, Wednesday, Fridays and alternating Saturdays. Ages 5 and older.

​Grant Kissel, MS, LPC
​
Mr. Kissel is a Licensed Professional Counselor who received his Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP), and his Master’s degree from Chatham University in Counseling Psychology. He has 6 years of experience working as an outpatient therapist in the community health setting with adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
Mr. Kissel also has worked as a Drug/Alcohol therapist and has been employed in the mental health field for the last 10 years. Grant provides counseling to clients with a wide variety of mental health concerns and life issues including anxiety/panic disorders, addiction recovery/mental health issues, mood/depression disorders, anger management, grief/loss, family issues, trauma, thought disorders, relationship issues, self-esteem, communication issues, and adjustment problems.
He utilizes a diverse and wide-ranging approach when working with clients to find what works best for them and is experienced with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered, and Solution Focused approaches. Grant focuses on making a strong client/therapist relationship, working together to build steps for goals, skills clients can learn and implement for their mental health, and a positive/safe environment so clients can be open and move forward in ways they want.

Mr. Kissel is available for Mondays and Thursdays for in-person appointments. Tuesdays and Wednesdays (Telehealth only).

Ryan V. Lenz, Ph.D., NCSP
​
Dr. Lenz has been with PAI since 2020, having also worked in school settings, and clinic and community based programs. Dr. Lenz provides counseling and assessment services for adults, adolescents, and children. Areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, autism spectrum, ADHD, behavioral issues, cognitive testing and assessment, psychological evaluations, counseling children and adolescents with school problems, and gifted assessments. He strives to work collaboratively with clients, and enjoys the process of partnering and establishing rapport with a wide variety of children, adolescents and adults.
He is a member of the Pennsylvania Psychological Association (PPA) and the Association of School Psychologists of Pennsylvania (ASPP).
Dr. Lenz currently schedules Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays. Ages 8 to 59.

Matthew Mascari, Psy.D
​
Dr. Matthew Mascari is a Licensed Psychologist who received his Masters and Certification of Advanced Graduate Studies from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Educational and School Psychology. He obtained his Doctoral Degree in Psychology from Duquesne University. Dr. Mascari has over 8 years of experience as a School Psychologist working within a school district. His ability to establish rapport with children and families enables him to understand family ecosystems and individual factors.
Dr. Mascari provides cognitive, social-emotional, behavioral and personality assessment as well as full psychological, psychoeducational and gifted evaluations. Specific areas of expertise include complex learning disabilities, ADHD, anxiety, autism and behavioral issues. Dr. Mascari also provides counseling services for adults, young adults, adolescents, children and families.

He is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and has presented multiple times at the National Conference of the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) focusing on the application of tiered/targeted intervention for struggling learners.

Marc J. Ranalli, MS
​
Marc Ranalli is a Licensed Psychologist who received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Pittsburgh, Master’s Degree and Advanced Certificate in School Psychology from Duquesne University. Mr. Ranalli has been a Licensed Psychologist since 1991 and has over thirty-five years of experience as a mental health professional and therapist. He has functioned in a variety of settings, including private practice, community mental health, the Fox Chapel School District as a contracted School Psychologist and Counselor, and St. Francis Medical Center and Sewickley Valley Hospitals’ psychology clinics. Populations served over the years range from preschool to senior citizens.
Currently, Mr. Ranalli sees clients eighteen years of age and older. His areas of interest and expertise include helping clients with anxiety, depression, mood disorder, ADHD, grief/loss, separation and divorce issues, parenting, co-parenting, blended family issues, trauma, stress management, and work performance. He sees clients for individual, couples and family therapy. He recognizes that life has its many challenges and hardships and supports clients in problem-solving and helping them in taking actions in order to make life more satisfying and meaningful.
He is a member of the Pennsylvania Psychological Association.

​Neha I. Pandit, PhD., NCC, LPC
​
Dr. Neha Pandit has been in clinical practice for over 15 years, having practiced in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and London. Alongside her clinical practice, she has been a seasoned psychology professor with over a decade of experience in academia, dedicated to advancing the field through both teaching and research.
Currently, she is the Program Coordinator for a Graduate Program in Counseling Psychology at Robert Morris University. She is passionate about both learning and healing, and this is further evidenced through her primarily cognitive behavioral approach to treating couples, adults and adolescents (14+) facing a wide variety of mental health challenges. She completed her post-doctoral studies at the University of Pennsylvania Center for Cognitive Therapy in Philadelphia PA and received her PhD from Temple University.
Dr. Pandit currently schedules appointments in-person on Monday afternoons. Thursdays (Telehealth only), Ages 13 and older.

Mrs. Ruzanic is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Mrs. Ruzanic has been serving clients with the group for over 25 years. She earned her Master's in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh and completed post-Masters work in the field of family therapy and couple counseling. Mrs. Ruzanic specializes in individual, family and couples therapy, women’s issues, abuse, loss and grief counseling, depression and anxiety.
She incorporates faith and spirituality-based counseling only upon request.

Crystal Shaffer, LCSW
​
Mrs. Shaffer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She majored in Psychology at Clarion University before earning a Master’s of Social Work in Direct Practice with Individuals, Groups, and Families from the University of Pittsburgh. Crystal aims to create a safe environment for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while creating relationships that promote personal change and fulfillment. She employs an empathetic, systemic, strengths-based approach to assess clients’ needs and treatment goals. Crystal works with children, adults, and couples. She specializes in the treatment of anxiety and panic disorders, trauma, grief and loss, and maneuvering family transitions. Crystal has 18 years of experience as a Therapist. Crystal loves life and tries to see the good in others, in life’s challenges and in the simple things of daily living.
Mrs. Shaffer currently schedules appointments on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Ages 15 and older.
